The second annual STRIKES! for Caregivers brought together more than 300 participants for a memorable day of connection, friendly competition, and shared commitment in support of the Petro-Canada CareMakers Foundation.

Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of everyone involved, the event raised more than $40,000 in support of family caregivers and those they support. This record-breaking milestone reflects the compassion and commitment of a community dedicated to making a difference.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to the volunteer committee. Vinod, Sue, Ahmed, Parth, Vivek, Sameer and Usman, along with all volunteers who helped leading up to the event and on the day itself. A special thanks also go to Shannon Wing and Natalie Carisse for their participation, and to the many sponsors and supporters who helped make the event possible.
